All prices exclude 18% GST. Room brackets: 1–10, 11–30, 31–50 and 50+ rooms. Growth is flat up to 50 rooms, then per room; Business is per room. Commitment discounts — 5% quarterly, 20% yearly — apply to recurring charges; one-time setup is billed once. AI voice and WhatsApp automation are usage-based (minimums shown). Self-serve checkout covers the plans; add-ons, and custom builds are confirmed by our team as a quote. A bigger property never pays less than the top of the bracket below — where a lower per-room rate would undercut it, that bracket’s price applies.
