1,284 reservations
Reservations, front desk, restaurant and bar, spa, banquets, sales and accounts all run on one property record — so today’s occupancy, revenue and outstanding come from the same place instead of six spreadsheets.

The problem
Most properties didn't choose this. It accumulated — an OTA connection here, a POS there, corporate leads in a spreadsheet, accounts in Tally. Every join between them is a person retyping something, and every retyped number is a number somebody will later argue about.
The cost is not the software licences. It is the enquiry nobody followed up, the bar tab that never reached the room, and the fact that no two reports agree on what the hotel actually earned last month.
One hotel, one system
Every gap between them is a person retyping a number. Asyncotel holds the guest, the availability and the ledger in one place, so nothing has to be carried across by hand.

One guest record
The same guest across reservations, outlets and invoices.
One availability
Every channel draws from the same rooms.
One ledger
Night audit posts the day the desk actually produced.
The guest lifecycle
From the first enquiry to the invoice and back again — the same record, handled by a different part of the system at each stage. Click a stage to see what the hotel sees.
A lead with a source, dates, room requirement and an owner — not a note on somebody's phone.
What the system records

What it runs
Start with the front desk. Add outlets, distribution and the back office as the property needs them — without a migration or a second login.
Front office
Stay view, reservations, guest registration and room status on one screen — with housekeeping and keys attached to the same record.
Outlets
Restaurant, bar, spa and banquets run as full outlets with their own menus and staff — while an in-house guest's charge still lands on their room folio.
Sales & distribution
OTA rates and availability, commission-free direct bookings, and the corporate accounts and agents behind your weekday occupancy.
Back office
Night audit, ledger, receivables and payables, stores and payroll — so your accountant works in the same system as your front desk.
Visibility
If getting an answer means three phone calls and someone opening a spreadsheet, the answer arrives too late to act on. These come from one screen instead.
A guest asks about a room on WhatsApp, calls to negotiate, then emails their GST details. Today that conversation lives on three people’s phones. Our plan is to hold all of it against one guest — and this is the next major thing we are building after the operating layer.
One number, your whole team
Enquiries from the hotel's own WhatsApp number routed to the right person, with assignment, notes and handover.
Every channel on one timeline
WhatsApp, calls, email and website enquiries against one guest, so the story doesn't restart with each shift.
Answered in the guest's language
Replies in whatever language the guest writes in — the reason Indian properties lose fewer international enquiries.
Nothing goes unanswered
An unworked lead escalates on its own: salesperson, supervisor, manager.
Not available today. Asyncotel does not currently connect to WhatsApp or send messages of any kind. The panel alongside is our design for it.

Once every reservation, charge and invoice lives in one place, the interesting question stops being “what happened” and becomes “why, and what should I do about it.” That is what we are building toward — and it only works because the operating layer underneath it is real.
None of this is built. We are finishing the operating layer first — an intelligence layer over records nobody trusts is worth nothing.
Why is occupancy low next weekend?
Saturday is at 42% against a comparable-date average of 61%. Pickup is 22% behind normal and your rate sits about 12% above the competitive set.

Who it's for
Everyone works from the same data, but nobody sees more than they should — permissions follow the department and the plan.
Needs: To know what the property did without asking four people.
Gets: Occupancy, revenue, arrivals and outstanding on one dashboard, from the same records the desk works in.
Needs: To see operations and revenue in the same place.
Gets: Stay view, room status, outlet performance and the night audit — plus roles that keep each department in its own lane.
Needs: To check a guest in without opening three systems.
Gets: Reservation, registration card, room assignment and keys on one screen, with the folio already running.
Needs: To stop losing enquiries between shifts.
Gets: Leads, enquiries, quotations, corporate accounts and agents recorded against the same guests the hotel already has.
Needs: To run F&B without a separate POS contract.
Gets: Menus, tables, orders and kitchen tickets per outlet — with room-charge posting built in.
Needs: To stop rebuilding the month from paper.
Gets: Night audit posting into the ledger, receivables and payables, GST invoicing and department P&L.
Built for Indian hotels
International hotel software treats Indian statutory requirements as a local customisation. We treat them as core, because a property cannot legally operate without them.
Tax invoices are generated in-product with sequential numbering, CGST/SGST or IGST resolved from the guest's state, and 18% applied at the line level in whole paise — so totals don't drift by a rupee over a month.
Guest details captured at check-in flow into the daily police report, so the front desk files a statutory return instead of re-copying a register at midnight.
The registration card is completed and signed on screen or on the guest's own phone, stored against the reservation, and printable when someone asks for it.

Integrations
We would rather run three integrations properly than show you a wall of logos we don't maintain.
Rates and availability go out; OTA reservations come back into the same reservation list. Connectivity to the OTAs — including Booking.com, MakeMyTrip and Goibibo — is delivered through our distribution partner.
Subscription billing for your Asyncotel plan, with a GST invoice raised against every charge.
Connect the property's Google listing to read and respond to reviews and keep profile details current from inside Asyncotel.
Where it's going
Asyncotel is being built in a deliberate order, because intelligence over records nobody trusts is worth nothing. These are the next layers — each marked with where it actually stands.
One screen for the owner: what the property did today, what needs attention, and where revenue is available.
Net revenue by channel after commission, leak detection across unbilled and uncollected items, and an opportunity engine for weak nights and dormant guests.
An unanswered enquiry escalates on its own — salesperson, supervisor, manager — so nothing is lost between shifts.
Ask why occupancy is low tomorrow and get an answer drawn from your own property's records.
Pricing
These figures are read from the same catalogue our billing system charges from — the page cannot show a number we would not invoice. Prices exclude 18% GST.
